"The songs feel like they’re on a different level to the others. It goes from ‘pub band’ to ‘headliner’.

They cite Fairport Convention as an influence, and it’s in these moments that you can really hear that.

Wilderspin are way above average in the talent stakes, so, too, in terms of songwriting.

Something To Crow About is a real achievement for Wilderspin'"

"VerLin-Wilderspin will tickle your fancy if you enjoy some kick back music that is filled with folk, rock, country and Americana influences. They are all over the musical map and they do it all very well. The best way to put it is VerLin-Wilderspin will set your mind at ease, make you smile and give you a new found appreciation for good vocals, lyrics that touch your soul and some fine instrumentation to bring it all home."
